Why is the delivery time of Avatr 07 different from the scheduled time order?

In the early days of the market, in order to deliver Avita 07 to consumers as soon as possible, we pre-produced some configuration models in September. When some users change the configuration and just match the pre-production car, they will see the notice that the order has been scheduled.

 

Secondly, different regions and different cities, affected by distance and logistics speed, the time for delivery vehicles to arrive at the store will also be different.

 

Avita adheres to the responsibility of the user, promising that if the delivery is not on time, the overtime day will be compensated 150 yuan, 15,000 yuan capped.

 

What is the delivery time of Avatr 07?

Although the order contract is signed for 90 days, the late delivery allowance is calculated based on the upper limit of the expected lead time displayed when the App purchases the car.

 

That is, for Avita 07 owners who cannot get vehicle delivery due to Avita reasons within the upper limit of the delivery cycle shown by the App after the lock order, they can get a subsidy of 150 yuan a day and a ceiling of 15,000 yuan. The subsidy cycle is: The maximum delivery period shown in the App after the self-locking order is + 1 day (inclusive) until the day (inclusive) when Avita officially sends the "Invitation Letter for Pick-up" to the owner

 

Applicable to: Owners of Avita 07 who have completed the lock order on September 26, 2024 (inclusive), and within 42 natural days (inclusive) from the lock order date, are unable to obtain the delivery of the vehicle due to Avatr.

 

If the pick-up is completed within 30 days from the date of sending the Pick-up Invitation Letter, the subsidy can be retained. Beyond this period, the subsidy will be invalid.

 

When can the pure electric version be delivered?

Avatr 07 Max pure electric version has been shipped in batches on October 5.

 

When can I pick up the car?

According to the current production pace, we try our best to ensure that the delivery is delivered to the user within the promised 6 weeks (the delivery time will vary depending on the distance between the cities where the car is picked up, depending on the time of arrival at the store and the actual delivery time).

 

When will the Ultra version be delivered?

The key components of Avatr 07 Ultra are originally produced in Germany, shipped to Korea for final assembly, and finally assembled into a complete vehicle at the Chongqing Suzhi plant.

 

Due to the recent international logistics reasons, the transportation and delivery speed of materials have been affected to a certain extent. However, through our urgent coordination and pulling, the material logistics problem has been solved, Avita 07 Ultra version will be put into production in late October and shipped and delivered in early November.

 

When will the optional ultra HD electronic external mirrors and the Max version with all-wheel-drive be delivered?

We will produce and deliver according to the delivery cycle promised on the App when placing the order, that is, Max version and Ultra version with ultra-clear electronic external rearview mirror are expected to be delivered at the end of November, and Max version with all-wheel-drive is expected to be delivered at the end of December.
